Have you ever wondered what it would be like to surf or run a marathon or take a Zumba class? This year I thought it would be fun to go on at least one new fitness adventure a month (that’s at least 12) and report on my experiences. I’m hoping you, dear readers, are inspired to try new activities in the process.
I may be a personal trainer, but I must admit I’m a little antsy about allowing you to see me try new things. I have my strengths and weaknesses — and allowing you to see my weaknesses is scary. But I’m going to let go of my pride and do it anyway. Besides, my one word theme for the year is “Warrior”, and Adventures in Fitness seems appropriate.

Some of the activities I’m hoping to try this year are paddle boarding, rowing, boxing (the kind that doesn’t mess up your face!) and an obstacle race.
