Have you ever had a day when you intended to go to the gym, but never quite made it? Well, that’s not an excuse not to work out! Instead of thinking that you must have an elliptical machine or a treadmill or even free weights, consider using your own body as your equipment. Create a circuit where you complete 10 jump-squats, 10 walking lunges, 10 burpees, 10 sit-ups, 10 push-ups and 10 tricep dips (on a chair or coffee table). Rest for 30 seconds, and repeat as many times as you can for 15 minutes. I guarantee you’ll break a sweat — and maybe get a better workout than you would have at the gym.
