Refresh Your Exercise Routine

I’m headed out to the IDEA Personal Trainer Conference East in the DC area today to learn what’s new in fitness.  I’ll be sampling TRX, boot camps and medicine balls.  There’s something about filling my brain with fresh ideas that gets me pumped.  Sometimes we fall into a rut by doing the same routine every day, and we become bored. 

Have you tried something new lately to jumpstart your exercise routine?  If you run, why not try a yoga class to improve your strength and flexibility?  If you do yoga, try a Zumba class.  There are so many options out there today.  Crossfit, rollerblading, ballroom dancing and pilates are just a few of your choices.  Try something different and you might discover a new favorite!
