
Your assignment? Find a partner who likes training — it could be your spouse, your child or a friend. Bounce a medicine ball to each other and change up the way you bounce it — overhead, chest-to-chest, etc. Do push ups facing each other and high-five opposite hands every time you lift. Use tubing where one person holds the tubing in the middle for leverage, while the other person does tricep presses or bicep curls or squats with press backs — then switch places. There are a million different ways to workout with a partner. Just have fun with it!
